They're all really pathetic. If the government has to fund this RH Bill, they would be funding more than they can fund in building more schools and increasing the teachers salaries. How many times does Filipinos have sex. And for God's sake 90 million Filipinos!. If condoms cost 1 peso, we'll be spending 90 million pesos a day. And to think of it, they're disposable after use. Schools are not disposed after use but rather passed on to next students. So why not fund on these.
