Dr. Christine E. Gonzalez of the Wellness Institute (which advertises itself as a "a holistic natural health center registered in California, USA and in the Philippines") has just come out with a paper taking a "deeper look" at the RH bill.

I'm not favor of the RH Bill. Because,God made us to have a big happy family.That's not the reason to stop giving birth. I think we have some ways to lessen of giving birth, by not using contraceptives. Why can we just give advice's to people who are planning to give birth to 5 and above children.
